Hi! My name is Ireland Baldwin & I own Éire Essence Beauty Bar. I'm a licensed esthetician & certified lash technician. I'm a mom of two & recently moved to Allegan a little over a year ago. I have a passion for making people feel confident, beautiful, & completely themselves. I've been lashing for over 2 years now & what started as a passion has quickly grown into something I truly love.

For me, lashing is about more than just creating a beautiful set of lashes. I love getting to connect with my clients, getting to truly know them, & creating a comfortable space where they can relax, feel pampered, & leave feeling their absolute best.
